Description: This is an original antique 1789 State of Connecticut Treasury Office document signed by Revolutionary War General Jedidiah Huntington. This is a partly printed document with manuscript entries dated February 1, 1789 that awards eight pounds ten shillings to Isaac Shepard and is boldly signed by Jedidiah Huntington in his capacity as Connecticut State Treasurer. This document is printed one side only with hole cancel and measures about 7.25” x 5”. The verso is countersigned by what looks like Josiah J.
