The wipers are electric and not vacuum.Current tires/wheels are 235 16's.Panel comes with original wheels and seats (they just need redone).Notice in the pictures that the F100 eblems on the sides are not on the spears. They do come with the panel and just need put on.The spotlight on drivers side front does work and is operational.The panel does have power steering from factory.
