1984 Uniflite 36' Flybridge Sedan Boat Twin 454 Merc 390 Hours Long Island, NY

Description: 1984 Uniflite 36ft flybridge sedan yacht Liveaboard Documented Vessel with the Coast Guard Boat is currently in the water, and it is docked at a marina in Copaigue NY 11701 (Long Island near Jones Beach) I spent the last year completely restoring, and renovating this boat. I have pictures, receipts, and videos to give to the new owner. It has new walls, floor, ceiling, paint, all new wiring - you name its been done. The boat has Twin mercury 454 engines 7.4L XL. It was repowered with brand new crusaders and new transmissions Currently the engines have around 390 hours on them. In May 2024, I did a 12 hour trip from Huntington Long Island to Jones Beach Long Island. (110 Miles) I had no issues on the trip, and only burned 70 Gallons- it's pretty good on gas. Engines are healthy, and run excellent.They start up every time. Transmissions are smooth. *Port Motor -Left side - needs 1 exhaust manifold gasket replaced - I have the gasket, and planned to do it this winter. It does not affect the performance of the motor. Oil change done with Rotella & Lucas Oil and regular maintenance done 8/11/24 New Serpentine belts on both motors done 05/23/24New Fuel Filters all around. Carbs are excellent New custom welded aluminum gas tanks (done in 2021 - see photos ) Hot water heater central air conditioning 8000 BTU UnitsAll AC vents were changed & system was flushed. Full Shower, with new bilge pump Renovated bathroom Oven/Stove works great Brand new fridge/freezer was installed on 5/27/24 Primary V berth state room Double bunk bed room. Rugs & mattress professionally heat steam cleaned. Simrad Touch Screen Navigation with updated maps Navigation lights work.Dockside power hook up, and water tank reserve for offshore fishing, and living. No soft spots on the hull. Bottom paint was done in June 6/18/24 with high copper paint Good for two years Zincs were replaced on shaft, and rear. My wife and I spent the summer living on this boat. only reason for selling is we are moving and cannot take it with us.
