This note is obviously circulated and has the following: light folding and wear (also has some heavier bends/creases); overall staining and darker areas of spot/line/section stains (also has smudges, dark and dirty areas, grease stains, areas of discoloration, looks like a "4" in the watermark area); light edge and corner wear (including corners rounded and/or split/frayed); light edge indents/nicks (due to the note being in the holder I can't tell if there are any tears); surface wear and fraying; two staple holes.
