Description: Beautiful Connoisseur of Malvern, fine bone china Fledgling Sparrow offered for sale in excellent condition. Connoisseur Of Malvern was formed when Boehm began selling their own Porcelains made of the very fine English bone china. Diane Lewis previously with Royal Worcester was employed by Helen Boehm in 1971 as Manager of the new Boehm Of Malvern Studio later Ms. Lewis started her own company - Connoisseur Of Malvern, producing some of the finest bone china figurines in very small numbers. Unfortunately Ms. Lewis passed away in 2015 at just 77 years old. Modelled by C.Ashenden the fledgling sits on a branch and the measures approximately 3 3/4” tall by 5” wide and 4” deep.
