Description: This is a custom model. It was purchased new from eBay. But it came with their standard 220v heater. All other listings claim that they will work on 110 or 220. But this is not true. When you use a heater designed for 220v on a 110v power your heater doesn’t work very well. The standard heater couldn’t maintain a working temperature above 187 C. It also took about 20 minutes to reach that temperature. I replaced the heater with a 110v version and now this thing works great on standard USA 110v mains power. It heats up in less than 5 minutes and was able to maintain a temperature of 250 at full speed with recycled PET. I tested it once with recycled PET and once with recycled PETG. It worked great each time. I am selling it now because I have lost interest in the project. What is all included: The extruder machine with a 1.75 mm nozzle installed An extra nozzle for 3 mm A power cord The stock hopper. (The plastic jar you fill with plastic pellets.) The sock roller assembly you can attach to the front to guide the filament as it extrudes. The tool for removing the nozzle.
