Description: This is a set of fossilized Myliobatis Dixoni Eagle Ray or Sting Ray mouth plate pieces which are from the Lower Eocene aged phosphate deposits in Qued Zem, near Khourigba, Morocco, North Africa. The Eagle ray teeth are arranged in the lower and upper jaws in flat tooth plates called pavement teeth. This is a set of rare and unique fossil eagle ray tooth plate pieces, approximately 70-50 Million years old. Largest fossil Sting Ray tooth plate piece measures 1.15 inches long by 0.59 inches wide and is in great condition. These sting ray mouth plate pieces would be a nice addition to any collection of shark teeth or fossils.
