It's not USPS tracking but eBay has made this new letter shipping with tracking a better and cheaper choice for the customer and myself to see where your order is at and when it's delivered. USPS only offers tracking with a package order which would be over 3ozs. So realistically eBay is the cheaper choice with tracking 3ozs and under.
