Description: This is a terrific, rare 8x10 glossy photograph that has been autographed by the late actress Mary Philbin who costarred with Lon Chaney Sr. in the original horror classic film, The Phantom of the Opera (1925). This was autographed in the 1970s for a fan and Ms. Philbin also wrote out the title of the film beneath her signature. Great condition with minor bending in lower right area, not affecting the signature. It gets no better than this great portrait signed. Would look fantastic framed! Of course, the watermark "ebay" does not appear on the item. Note: this is not a preprint or reprint of any kind....this is the actual autographed photo up for auction.
