I measured the front waistband and got approximately 12 inches and the inseam measured approximately 28 inches. The front leg opening measured 4.5 inches and an approximate front hip measurement of 16 inches was measured. Fabric is 75% cotton, 24% polyester and 1% spandex. Wash once separately before wearing. Wash inside out. Machine wash in cold water with like colors, and tumble dry low. Condition is "New with tags". Please note that the first pair sold has the manufacturer tag. The second pair has a store made tag. Shipped with USPS First Class Package. This item will be folded up or rolled up during shipping. I do combine shipping.
