Description: This vintage Pearse wool blanket is a rare find. It is a queen size, 78" wide x 90" tall with a classic blue, black, and yellow plaid. It has the best wool qualities of being warm and breathable. The soft blue trim is like new. It is pictured on a queen bed. It is in very good vintage condition, no holes or tears or stains. It is machine washable altho, I always recommend dry cleaning wool blankets. Pearce Mill was acquired by Woolrich Mill in Pennsylvania in 1928 and continued to manufacture under the Pearce label. I am placing this in the 40s or 50s as more recent labels (60s on) have the Pearce and Woolrich names side by side.
