Portrait Of A Lady 18th Century Original Framed Painting 4 1/4” X 4 1/2” Signed

Description: I acquired this some time ago along with many more items dating from late 1600’s through early 1900’s. All had remained in family (Italia) until my acquisition. There were several small framed portraits some of which the writing on back remained legible. Dates beginning in the first few years 1700. Obvious cracking in the base material on this piece. The paint itself is in very good condition. Signature is shown in close up photos. I cannot make out the name. Frame is solid, strong and sturdy. Very heavy for its size.
