For sale is a late WW2- Korean War Era Uniform Grouping Purchased straight from the veteran's family. that belonged to a Japanese American who was sent to Poston Internment camp In Arizona During WW2 and served in the 6th Army, 41st Signal Battalion during the Korean War. Fred Ida was born on April 11, 1927. He was sent to the Poston Internment camp on Oct 26th, 1942, and stayed there until Oct 31, 1945. You can even see his draft card as pictured showing his residence at the camp. After that, he enlisted in the ARMY and began training as seen in the images of him in training. He served with the 41st Signal Battalion in the 6th Army. This can all be seen in the images posted below along with his photos. Those photos detail his time in training along with being on base, even showing him in his HBTs uniforms. The grouping consists of everything seen in the images. Everything in the grouping contains his Laundry number and some have his name. -2 complete like tunics with shirts, tunics, pants, and matching garrison caps.
