Author Biography Dr. Anish Sachdeva is a Professor in the Industrial and Production Engineering Department at Dr. B. R. Ambedkar National Institute of Technology Jalandhar, India. His areas of interest are Reliability and Maintenance Engineering, supply chain management, Quality Management, Human Factor Engineering, Simulation of Production Systems. He did his Ph.D. from Indian Institute of Technology Roorkee (India). He is Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Expert certified by CII-IQ . He has over 28 years of industry and teaching experience. He has guided 65 M Tech and 17 PhD students, presently supervising 06 PhD scholars. He has about 200 publications in international and national journals and proceedings of international conferences to his credit. At present, he is a reviewer of many international journals. He is the guest editor of various journals published by Emerald Publishes, Elseveir and Indesrscience publications. He has been designated as member of International and National Advisory Committees of various international and national Conferences organized by various international and national Organizations/Institutions. He is associated with various engineering colleges in the region as a member of their Advisory Board/Governing Council. He earned his bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering from NIT Kurukshetra and completed his masters degree in Manufacturing Technology from NITTTR Chandigarh, India. He obtained his doctorate from IIT Roorkee in 2012. Currently, with 20 years of teaching experience and 4 years of experience in the public sector and industry, he has established himself as a seasoned professional. Dr. R K Garg is Professor in Industrial and Production Engineering Department at Dr. B. R. Ambedkar National Institute of Technology Jalandhar, India.
