Description: I bought this as new from another seller. I bought it as a back up. I am not satisficed with the camera quality of the 23 and I did not go to return if fast enough. It has never been used or dropped other than to look it over and test it, and has very minimal time on it. Want to move it so I am listing it cheep. It comes with a new case, but for the buttons are stiff, perhaps there is a fix for that. I never cared to bother with it because I only turned it on and off a few times.
