Description: Vintage Ashtabula quill stem, "black magic" color. Stem is in good shape - see photos for details. It has no date/year stamp on the "non-drive-side" of the quill - usually the year is stamped vertically below the arrow, but it came off a 1975 Schwinn Mini Scrambler, so the year is surely no later than 1975. See photos for details on condition. There are some white marks on the backside of the stem (picture 6) - I believe these are white paint, which should come off.
