Description: These were removed from a new Cannondale not long after purchase in the year 2000. They have low miles and low tread wear. There is cracking where the tread meets the side wall (see last photo). The white powdery substance is "bloom" which is normal on rubber as it ages. It's normal, harmless, and rubs off.
