Description: This vintage Soho Pottery Ambassador Ware Hampton Court demitasse cup and saucer was produced between 1930- 1944. It was under the Ambassador Ware category of designs. This is an Elizabethan style - hence the pattern name. The backstamp reads "Soho Pottery Ambassador Ware England Hampton Court". The cup measures 3" wide which includes the handle and 2 1/2" in diameter. It is 2 1/4" tall. There is a pie crust edge at the gold trim edge. The pretty soft yellow band of color has a floral decoration. There are flowers inside the cup as well. The saucer measures 4 1/2" in diameter. It also has a pie crust edge and gold trim. There is crazing on the top and bottom of saucer. It is hardly noticeable, but the cup has no crazing. There are no cracks or chips.
