This dress has a sheer outer layer of light poly chiffon with stylish accordion folds. This dress has an opaque inner lining except for the arms which are single layered and sheer. A 7" overlay with a scalloped bottom edge flows downward from the waist. The waist has a sewn on chiffon belt with a bow at the center front. This dress has a zipper closure in the back and comes with a matching scarf. The arm cuffs are elasticized and the bottom hem has a gorgeous ruffled look.
